Welcome to Zezebe. By making a purchase from our website, you agree to the terms outlined herein. In this document, "you" and "your" refer to the user of this website. "Zezebe," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the company operating under U.S. law. The term "parties" refers to both you and Zezebe collectively.

 

Product Availability

Zezebe is dedicated to offering a diverse and up-to-date selection of fashion items. Due to high demand, product availability may change rapidly, and inventory is subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, the presence of a product on our website does not guarantee its availability. In the event that an item you have purchased is no longer in stock, a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges, will be issued promptly. If you have any questions regarding the availability of a specific item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Product Representation

We strive to ensure that all product images and descriptions on our website accurately reflect the actual items. However, variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur due to differences in display settings and device capabilities. Zezebe disclaims responsibility for any discrepancies between the product images displayed on your screen and the actual product. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be eligible to return it for store credit, subject to our return policy.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Zezebe website, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, and designs, is the exclusive property of Zezebe and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Zezebe reserves all rights to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

 

Item Conditions

To ensure that all customers receive brand new, unworn items, please return products in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, free from any marks (including makeup or deodorant), with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Note: If we suspect that items have been worn and then returned, no store credit will be issued, and the customer may be banned from future purchases.

If items do not meet our return standards, they will not be accepted. You will be notified and must pay for reshipping if you wish to have the items returned to you. If reshipping fees are not paid within 30 days, the items will be discarded, and no credit will be issued—no exceptions.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package by emailing info@zezebe.com. Please include photographs of the issue. If we do not receive notification within this timeframe, we will be unable to issue credit. Please take care when opening your package; damage caused during the opening process will not be covered.

For incorrect items, please email us with pictures, and we will provide a return label and send the correct item to you as soon as possible.

  

Credit Processing

We strive to process returns promptly. Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 10-15 business days for your store credit to be issued, though processing may be faster. During peak seasons, such as holidays, processing may take up to 25 business days. Store credit will be issued via email covering the original purchase price and applicable taxes.

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is refused at the time of delivery or returned due to an undeliverable address, a restocking fee will be applied, and the customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs. Zezebe is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses or a lack of a secure delivery location.

  

Order Cancellations

Due to our fast processing times, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

 

Tracking Information

Please retain the tracking information for your return package. Store credit will only be issued if you can provide proof of delivery to our facility. Without tracking proof, we cannot process your return—no exceptions.
