USPS Domestic Priority Shipping is free if your order is over $250* (This amount may change during sales and will be reflected at checkout).

UPS Shipping

Upon request, we offer UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air services.

• UPS Ground: Orders take 24-48 hours to process and will be delivered within one week, depending on your location. Our website provides an estimated delivery time for your area. Please note that this estimate does not include processing times (24-48 business hours and excludes Saturdays and Sundays). We ship orders Monday through Friday and are closed on weekends. Ground shipping is not a guaranteed service, so even if our website estimates 1 day, delays due to weather or holidays may occur.
• UPS Next Day Air: This service is guaranteed, but orders must be placed before 12:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. If you place your order before 12:00 PM PST on Friday, you will receive it the next business day, which will be Monday. Our warehouse is closed on weekends, so orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Fridays and over the weekend will ship on Monday.

Tracking Information

Once the label is created, you will receive tracking information via email, and you should receive the tracking info within 1-2 days. Shipping progress may be delayed during busy sale periods or national holidays, but Express orders are always shipped as scheduled.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Zezebe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address but you did not receive it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
