Note: Zezebe is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country for international orders. If your package has not arrived after 10 days from shipping, please contact USPS or your country’s postal service to inquire about the status of your package. In most cases, packages are held at customs due to unpaid duties. Unclaimed packages will be returned to Zezebe and cannot be refunded or resent.

Free shipping is available only to the 48 continental states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations. For these excluded locations and international orders, shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the weight of your order and charged per pound. However, for locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam, a flat fee of $19.95 will be applied.

UPS Shipping

Upon request, we offer UPS Ground and UPS 3rd day delivery.

UPS Ground: Orders take 24-48 hours to process and will be delivered within one week, depending on your location. Our website provides an estimated delivery time for your area. Please note that this estimate does not include processing times (24-48 business hours and excludes Saturdays and Sundays).

We ship orders Monday through Friday and are closed on weekends. Ground shipping is not a guaranteed service, so even if our website estimates 1 day, delays due to weather or holidays can occur. Our warehouse is closed on weekends, so orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend will ship on Monday.

UPS 3rd Day Delivery is available within the 48 continental states, and the cost is $14.95. 

International Shipping

For international shipments, a shipping fee of $29.95 to $49.95 will be applied depending on the destination country.

Tracking Information

Once the label is created, you will receive tracking information via email, and you should receive the tracking info within 1-2 days. Shipping progress may be delayed during busy sale periods or national holidays, but Express orders are always shipped as scheduled.


Lost/Stolen Packages

Zezebe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address but you did not receive it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

Note: For orders over $500, we strongly recommend that you be present to receive and sign for the package to ensure its safety. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will return the package to us, and you will need to pay the delivery fee again.

Refund Policy

Zezebe is committed to customer satisfaction. However, refunds are issued only under specific circumstances, such as when a product is found to be unavailable at the time of purchase. In all other cases, our return policy will apply. Please note that Zezebe is not liable for any loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered; such matters should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. 

Return Policy

You do not need to wait for further instructions from us to send your items back. Please ensure that your package includes your information—either a copy of your invoice or a note with your name, phone number, and email address—so that we can process your credit accurately. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt to be eligible for store credit. Please note that all returns are processed for store credit only; refunds are not provided.

If a return is processed, a $9.95 return fee will be applied, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
